minor inconveniences during stay

i did not appreciate the lack of hand towels in the bathroom. this was quite inconvenient (especially after washing). the cleaning staff seemed rather jaded. they woke me up before my late checkout time. their sarcastic comments about extending my stay were unnecessary.

Excellent Stay, Great Value!

clean roomfriendly staffgood locationcomfortable bed
I booked a private room that was exactly what I needed. The room was clean, and it had everything. All staff were friendly. It was only about a 10 minute walk to most places, though the weather was quite cold. The bed was comfortable.
The check in and check out times are not ideal. Check in is at 4pm. Check out at 10am. I think they should look into the check in and check out schedule
Service
9/10
The staff were very helpful and assisted with directions. They also addressed a minor concern about the room promptly, though I did not ask for any freebies. I am very grateful.
Dining

The bar below was great to start the night! I had pizza while watching live entertainment. It was a great deal. Breakfast had great options. I felt satisfied before leaving.
