the staff were kind, attentive and very helpful to me.
the room i booked, a 'standard double room', felt more like a windowless box. it felt very grim and stuffy. there was zero air conditioning.

decent size under-bed locker clean room chill staff
the rooms were a decent size. lockers were available under the beds, a nice feature. i found the place clean, always a plus. the staff were super chill and helpful, i really appreciated that.
The elevator was a bit slow sometimes. I occasionally had a little wait.

minor inconveniences during stay
lack towels sarcastic comments
i did not appreciate the lack of hand towels in the bathroom. this was quite inconvenient (especially after washing). the cleaning staff seemed rather jaded. they woke me up before my late checkout time. their sarcastic comments about extending my stay were unnecessary.

Excellent Stay, Great Value!

I booked a private room that was exactly what I needed. The room was clean, and it had everything. All staff were friendly. It was only about a 10 minute walk to most places, though the weather was quite cold. The bed was comfortable.
The check in and check out times are not ideal. Check in is at 4pm. Check out at 10am. I think they should look into the check in and check out schedule

spacious room included towels missing kettle shut window
the room was spacious (i was surprised!). it included towels, something i hadn't expected.
there was no kettle or cups in the room so i couldn't make a drink. the window was screwed shut, which i didn't like, especially as i heard fire engines during the night.
