The room had everything i needed. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, and biscuits were available, the fridge in the room was also very useful. we even received fresh milk when we arrived, which i thought was a really nice touch. the rooms were clean with fresh towels, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

check-in took slightly longer than expected.

The team was very cute, which i always appreciate. i found the location to be perfect! the price was really good, especially considering what was included, and how clean the room was was a huge plus for me. I will always book a clean room. i was delighted.

check-in took a little longer than i expected, but it wasn't too bad, and i understand that these things happen.

the check in process took longer than i expected it was a bit slow. the room was too hot even with no radiators on i even tried opening a window. also the first bathroom had a faulty light plus it smelled not great i must say.

the host was lovely. he let us check in early. he also let us keep our bags after checkout! the hospitality tray in the room was well stocked and available in the lounge, so useful.

I noticed the owner seemed a bit too firm. It was only a little thing though.
