my room had a reasonable size and it was clean. tea and coffee were plenty in the room too. breakfast had a selection of cooked items. the young waiter fella was attentive and friendly.
the carpark, was ridiculously tight. cars will no doubt get damaged. the seats in the bar area looked stained. i probably would not stay again.

the family room included a nice double bed and a single bed. a private en suite was included. the wardrobe offered ample space. there was a tv. drink facilities in the room were topped up everyday.
i found the on-site car parking too restrictive to use. it seemed difficult to maneuver.

the hotel location is right on the sea front. central pier is close. tram and bus stops are right by the hotel. local attractions are easily accessible from this location.

The room was quite clean. The provided breakfast offered various options (I was happy to see gluten-free options). The staff members were friendly and helpful.
The car park was very tight. I think that cars could easily get damaged there. The seats in the bar area had quite a few stains.
