Basic Stay with Some Issues

leaky showermissing blind

The shower was leaky and only provided cold water. The jacuzzi bath in the room did not work. There was a large window in the roof with no blind. This let in all the light as soon as the sun came up. These things impacted my ability to sleep well.

The owner addressed an initial towel issue promptly. He even refunded our stay, which I appreciated. The host was friendly and accommodating, which helped my children and I feel comfortable. He made sure to provide a lovely breakfast. The owner clearly cares a lot about the hotel and works hard to make it cute.

I never found extra tea bags after our initial supply was used.

The location served my needs well, near everything i wanted to see. the host was very helpful and accommodating i appreciated that. the room had balloons for a birthday celebration. That was a sweet touch.

the room's shower could have been better, as the water pressure wasn't very strong.

the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. the host were very good. balloons were in the room for our arrival, it was a birthday celebration! we planned to stay two nights, but we left early because of childcare.

I wanted breakfast, i emailed a few days before to confirm it. i was told it was no problem. i am a vegetarian, so my food would be separate at the buffet. I didn't get it. the room seemed ok but tired. there was no soap in the shower dispenser and the towels felt old.
