A diamond in the Lakes!

Afternoon tea was great. The staff warmly welcomed us and seated us in a lounge. The afternoon tea was comprehensive and surprising, with both sweet and savory items displayed beautifully (it was really something else). Mini fish and chips and cheese toasties.
The room we had was not the best. A lamp on the desk was stained, and the chair also had heavy stains. I hope they address this issue to ensure future guests have a better experience.

The grounds were gorgeous and so well maintained. the food was really delicious. the staff were attentive. I felt welcomed with an open fire as i walked into the building. the breakfast was very nice, with a great selection of food and a wonderful bright dining area with a bar.

arboreal tasting menu was a amazing experience. every dish and drink pairing was explained perfectly. i also enjoyed coffees and the sunset from one of the lounge suites, so really special.

the bed was comfy the sofa included a tv i found this nice. location surpassed my expectations the setting and hotel facilities were really good. the hotel had excellent value for money it was worth every penny.
i noticed no pain au chocolat at 9am breakfast i also thought the bacon was hard

i found the hotel grounds beautiful. i saw it had walking paths near the hotel with easy access. i had a spacious room with complementary sweets. the bathroom was very clean with good attention to detail.
the bed was a bit too cramped for my liking though everything else was fine.

The staff gave us the warmest welcome ever! The lady at reception was so friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant. The food was delicious. All four of us were in awe of this beautiful building.
Our room was a bit noisy. I could hear everything from the adjoining rooms.
