The staff was cute. They provided quick assistance at check-in. I appreciated the dog bowls and treats provided in the room. The bed was very comfortable, a great feature after a long drive.

Really good Stay En Route to Scotland

I appreciated the sizable room located on the ground floorwith a good shower. Sockets were conveniently placed by mirrors, and complimentary water was available in the room. Dinner at the restaurant proved satisfactory, although payment required a visit to the reception area. I fully used the farm shop to stock for the week ahead.
I noticed the bathroom floor was noticeably cold. A thin layer of insulation may help. Also the radiator on the wall was not powerful enough.

The room included dog bowls plus a treat. That was a NICE touch. The staff was super friendly. I felt so welcome. The large room had a very comfy bed.
This made getting upstairs more difficult.
