The Victorian architecture houses dining venues like the Talavera restaurant and Orangerie Bar, while also presenting challenges like the limited number of walk-in showers. For travelers who appreciate a blend of city convenience and tranquil surroundings, this hotel presents a compelling option.”

the service requires improvement the lounge service was slow to provide water we finished our meal without drinks breakfast seating was unmanaged and tea and coffee were not offered the evening food was overpriced given its quality and quantity these shortcomings detracted from what we expect at this price point and rating

the breakfast was delicious, and the service was consistent. i had a family room, and it was more spacious than expected, though the air conditioning was quite loud.
The hotel informed me that they do not provide an online voucher. They only provide a hard copy. they refused to post one without me sending them a stamp first, though i was willing to pay extra.

the hotel had beautiful gardens. the food was great and reasonably priced (i especially liked the breakfast buffet).
i encountered a problem with the bathroom. there was no handwash available, and when i mentioned it at checkout, the staff stated it was just being delivered to the room. i find this lack of basic amenities unacceptable.
