i am grateful to dedi at reception and adi plus yuda at the pool bar. Everyone was dedicated to our well-being. the breakfast selection was awesome. the hotel's location made it easy to get around.

the gym could use some new equipment.

My room included a king-size bed and a balcony overlooking the pool. there were two bottles of complimentary water daily, and the mini-fridge kept drinks cold. The air conditioning worked effectively.

The staff were accommodating. i enjoyed the bbq meal at night by the pool. i participated in making floral baskets for the temple. It was thoroughly enjoyable to learn how temple offerings are made.

Upon arrival, the rooms weren't ready. i waited two hours. one room was damp. Condensation dripped from the walls and windows. the hotel is in a noisy area, music from nearby bars plays until dawn, disturbing sleep.

the cooking class was amazing, including a trip to the local market for fresh ingredients (i really enjoyed this part). we then returned to the hotel to prepare lunch.

the room was quite noisy at all times, due to music originating from downstairs. the noise was constant, and i wouldn't choose this room again, due to it.
