convenient location helpful staff power supply

The location next to the airport terminals proved convenient for my transit stay. the staff were very helpful. They provided an uninterruptible power supply to ensure my breathing machine operated during a power interruption. one staff member escorted me to domestic arrivals to ensure i knew where to check in.

The air conditioning was not powerful. It seemed loud but did little to cool the room effectively.

convenient location relaxing space

the location was convenient directly at the airport i walked there easily the rooftop bar provided a relaxing space i watched planes there. the room was a superior king room and was quiet despite its proximity to the airport

the air conditioning was a bit weak the room felt somewhat warm

Great convenience at the airport

short cut breakfast box quick check-in convenient location

Check in took only 11 minutes and I passed through immigration quickly. The hotel provides a short cut to international departure, I was relieved. It is less than 2 minutes walk from the check in counter. I got a breakfast box since I did not get there during their breakfast time.

The air CONDITIONING seemed basic.

Staff were available to help me at the international arrivals area. The porter was ready to meet me. He was courteous and friendly, he helped me with luggage transport. They also granted a late checkout.

The breakfast buffet includes a great selection of food. I saw an espresso machine, it was really useful. The restaurant seemed comfortable to me. Food prices are reasonable.

super close to the airport

convenient location helpful staff quiet room

I walked less than five minutes to both the domestic and international terminals. the staff helped me a lot, so i appreciated that. The rooms were quiet. i went to the bar to refill my water bottle, and they filled it for me.

Nothing i disliked. It all worked out well for me.

poor air conditioning expensive dinner

The air conditioning in my room barely worked. It was SO BAD i could not get the room cool. dinner WAS expensive especially considering the quality. i also had trouble getting anyone to help with my luggage. i Had to carry my own bags ALL the way to my room, and nobody offered any assistance.

poor air conditioning luggage assistance

i Found that the air conditioning struggled in the bali heat. it was NOT up to mark. there needs to be more help with luggage. i was expected to lug the bags to my room, with no offer to help. service at the restaurant outside breakfast hours IS slow, getting a coffee took 10 mins.
