convenient locationhelpful staffquiet room

I walked less than five minutes to both the domestic and international terminals. the staff helped me a lot, so i appreciated that. The rooms were quiet. i went to the bar to refill my water bottle, and they filled it for me.

Nothing i disliked. It all worked out well for me.

The air conditioning in my room barely worked. It was SO BAD i could not get the room cool. dinner WAS expensive especially considering the quality. i also had trouble getting anyone to help with my luggage. i Had to carry my own bags ALL the way to my room, and nobody offered any assistance.

i Found that the air conditioning struggled in the bali heat. it was NOT up to mark. there needs to be more help with luggage. i was expected to lug the bags to my room, with no offer to help. service at the restaurant outside breakfast hours IS slow, getting a coffee took 10 mins.
