i liked that the breakfast menu had many options. the staff quickly fixed the shower when it dripped one night. i found these aspects convenient.
It was very noisy. the hotel did not agree to delay my check-out time, though they delayed my check-in. these issues were disappointing.

easy accessstaff mistake
the hotel location was close to the beach and nearby shops, (that was helpful). a walking path ran along the seaside behind the hotel. it provided easy access to other restaurants without busy roads.
the room i was assigned was next to another room. kids ran around screaming outside and in the hallways day and night. it took too long to get breakfast before leaving to catch a flight. the staff brought the wrong items and did not know how to process the payment. (annoying!)

Excellent Stay Near the Beach

I appreciated the complimentary minibar. It was restocked daily and included cola, water, and snacks. The check-in lounge provided tea, coffee, and snacks while the room was prepared. The staff was friendly. I received warm welcomes and helpful service. I also enjoyed the traditional balinese massage, it was very relaxing.
The premier rooms are somewhat small. It was a bit tight for three people with luggage.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. It included both Indonesian and international options. I ordered signature drinks, each one was original and good! I enjoyed the Balinese specialties, they featured fresh and perfectly spiced ingredients.

The pools were large and well-kept. One section had shallow areas suitable for children. Yoga classes were available in the morning. They provide stretching and movements near the pool. The grounds included beautiful plants and landscaping, it created a relaxing atmosphere.

the hotel had multiple pools. the pools included free towels and poolside service. the breakfast was extensive. it featured various cuisines and balinese specialties. the staff spoke english well. they were very friendly and helpful.
the hotel stay used a voucher system. i wasn't informed about it. it limited the menu choices available.
