amazing breakfast buffet comfy rooms great value missed shuttle long waiting shouting people

the breakfast buffet was amazing. there was different food like western and asian. the rooms were also comfy and great value, i think.

the free shuttle did not show up to pick me up from the airport. i waited for a long time. also, the rooms were noisy because of people shout and bang the doors.

this hotel is very close to the airport. i appreciated the free shuttle service that runs 24/7. the staff prepared yummy to-go breakfast boxes because i had an early flight. the location allowed easy access to restaurants and shops too.

the room had a musty smell . i think the heavy perfume smell in the front foyer tries to mask it. there was also some mold on the ceiling in my room.

the hotel's location near the airport was convenient for my early flight the next day.

the room was noisy traffic from the nearby road made it difficult to sleep. also i found the cleanliness of the shower was not up to standard it looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a while and that frustrated me to no end

the hotel's proximity to the airport made my late-night arrival so easy (i literally walked!). the staff was very kind, and i found the overall cleanliness commendable. i also really appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle, it's always nice to have one less thing to worry about.

the pillows were firmer than i usually prefer, impacting my sleep quality slightly.

airport proximity delicious food lovely staff unclear instructions room issues

the hotel is super close to the airport i appreciated that very much. the restaurant food was delicious it was also reasonably priced. the staff were lovely they even called shortly after check-in to ensure everything was okay

this time i was disappointed with the domestic terminal shuttle pick-up instructions i found them really unclear. on arrival there were issues with the room key i was moved to another room with a balcony and a view of a wall

The location rocks. It's really close to the airport and it provides a free shuttle. Check in and check out was super quick. My room was clean and cool. A great shower was in the bathroom.
