Wonderful Stay

quality food lovely staff amazing location

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of high quality food and drinks. All the staff were lovely and catered to our needs. The location is amazing as it's close to beach clubs and restaurants. My friends and I came here for the first time and will definitely be back again.

fantastic suite stay!

beautiful courtyard amazing breakfast amazing staff

I stayed in the garden suite. the courtyard was beautiful, and my toddler played for hours! breakfast had so much choice, it was the best i ever had in bali. i found the staff in both restaurants to be amazing. My daughter was well-known around the resort.

the pools seemed not suitable for children aged below five years. the hotel doesn't have shallow areas for young children, a bit disappointing. i wish they had more options for toddlers.

There are three swimming pools available, with the front desk staff being great and lovely. ade was always smiling and willing to help guests. jalentic and lena were also helpful. Nothing was ever too much for them.

the breakfast had lots of asian and western options. it was a yummy and satisfying experience for me. there is happy hour with cocktail options which is a good deal. it creates a relaxing atmosphere.

the garden suite is a great room. it is very spacious with plenty of storage space. the suite features a private courtyard. it also has direct access to one of the pools for easy access.

This location is great! it is just a three-minute walk to the beach. it is next door to potato head. mexicola is around the corner. This is a perfect spot to relax. it is close to restaurants and shopping.

dated room inconsistent air conditioning

the buffet breakfast had extensive options and seemed fresh i found the staff learning our names excellent

I had expectations of a 5-star resort. It felt more like 3 stars everything seemed dated except the front entrance the room smelled like mildew and required constant airing upon return the air conditioning was inconsistent alternating between freezing and too hot i caught a head cold because of it

poor soundproofing worn bathroom

I arrived with high hopes, but the experience soured quickly. The soundproofing was nonexistent. Every noise from the hallway disrupted sleep. the bathroom fixtures showed clear signs of wear and tear. I did expect better quality, I can't recommend this place.

breakfast buffet friendly staff uneven path distant room

The breakfast buffet offered many options. The staff greeted us warmly and remembered our names. I also liked that the front pool was close to the restaurant.

I found that our room was at the furthest back corner of the resort. It felt a little too far from everything. The cobblestone path to the room was uneven. Each member of our family rolled their ankle on a raised stone.
