Relaxing stay
easy transportationcomfortable ridepoor soundproof
I booked transportation from the airport to the hotel, it was easy. THE ride was comfortable. I had a massage at the spa, and i recommend it highly. Meals at the restaurant were lovely.
The soundproof is poor, you can hear the door banging every morning as people gets up and cleaners perform housekeeping. The cleaners also speak very loudly, and this adds to the noise.

I booked a beautiful king room with a balcony and pool view. The room was spacious and quiet. It included comfortable pillows and a bed.

The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. Staff remembered my name and room number. Housekeeping did a great job impressing me with towel creations.

i found the pool area beautiful, complete with lush greenery. my room, a beautiful king room balcony & pool view, was spacious. i appreciated the good facilities it offered.
the corridors leading to the rooms seemed to attract a lot of noise (i could hear guests chatting loudly).

excellent hotel

the rooms was spacious and clean. the staff are very nice and smiling. the buffet breakfast had a lot of variety. the shuttle to the beach and bali collection was great. i also liked that laundry service was easy to arrange, the hotel help with that.
the pool water was warm. it was not refreshing at all. i thought i was swimming in warm bath water. i only went to the pool twice in my stay of six days because of this.

the main street with many food options is near. those who want more local food just have to walk a bit further. you get clear local pricing of food there, not inflated tourist prices.

slow room serviceinconvenient shuttle schedule
the room service was slow one evening i ordered a simple burger it took nearly an hour the burger arrived cold it seemed like it sat there for quite some time i had to call and ask for a replacement it ruined my night and my appetite was gone. the beach shuttle schedule was also inconvenient it ran only once an hour the wait was long and often crowded i missed out on beach time because of this frustrating wait.
