Comfort and Convenience are combined
ample shading building upgrade
The location was great. Restaurants were very close. The swimming pool offered ample shading and was expansive. I appreciate the upgrade of the building.
I found that the room phones did not work. Phones in any of the rooms did not connect to reception. The laundry service were overpriced.

Really great service!
humble staff comfortable stay tropical forest
Staff were very humble. Room services were regularly checked on. The hotel is amidst a busy crossroad but the inside reminded me of a mystic tropical forest. I received a welcome coupon, and I consumed it on day one.
The room has water leakage, dampness, broken shower, and dirty linen.

The room has a minibar including soft drinks and local beer. The bathroom featured marble and had a separate tub. There is a balcony equipped with comfortable seating.

The staff always smiles and offers help. I requested extra pillows, and it was promptly delivered. The concierge provided useful information about local attractions.
