Viceroy Bali has multiple dining venues. CasCades provides all-day dining with jungle valley views. Apéritif Restaurant offers fine dining with global cuisine influenced by the Spice Islands; it was named Indonesia's Best Restaurant at the 2020 World Culinary Awards. Pinstripe Bar features a speakeasy vibe, while CasCades Bar is for drinks. Guests can enjoy the Balinese Rijsttafel tasting menu at CasCades and colonial-era dining at Apéritif.
