the double room was spacious enough with a wardrobe and dressing table. it had a walk-in shower with good water flow.

the bathroom fan ran all night. it should have switched off automatically. it was a real nuisance.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. They were very cute. the play park outside was a great bonus, especially for my kids who enjoyed it . the hotel gave them colouring books, a thoughtful touch. the food was AMAZING!!!

nothing specific bothered me, but i think more attention could be given to ensuring the play park equipment is consistently maintained.

The breakfast and dinner selections were very good. I appreciated the variety. The staff was friendly. They couldn't be more helpful. The room was super clean, it was great.

The television was not working upon my arrival. My attempts to report the issue required several visits to the reception desk. It was quite an inconvenience!

the tv in my room was an older model. it didn't work initially! though the reception staff fixed it.
