Staff were friendly and helpful. my room was fab, with a comfy four poster bed and a superb bathroom. the location was very central, super convenient for both the shops and railway station! heating worked perfectly and the telly was large. i also appreciated the comfortable armchair and good toiletries. Soft towels in the bathroom, and fruit on offer in reception?! amazing!
i noticed that after we returned from the family funeral we were there to attend, my son returned to his room. sadly, his men's edt had been stolen.

Ample parking sits at the rear. It includes multiple clearly marked spaces. breakfast offers a hot food ordering option paired with unlimited continental offerings. the restaurant also features lovely staff. They added a special charm to our visit.

the location was great. it was a close walk to town and restaurants. staffs were very friendly i think. breakfast had plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful.
cleanliness was a problem. the bathroom weren't very clean and there was mould in a few places. there was no rack for toileteries in the bathroom, i didn't like that. carpets was not clean.

the room was very tidy and comfortable it had everything i needed for a short stay. the breakfast offered a good variety including fresh fruit and a delicious full english breakfast exceeding my expectations. the staff were helpful giving me extra towels for my dogs and providing helpful information about nearby restaurants
the wi-fi signal in my room was quite poor i struggled to connect and maintain a stable connection. this made it difficult to stream videos or browse the internet smoothly.

my room was not really clean i saw a spider on the ceiling and lots of cobwebs the toilet brush was dirty and stained i told someone but it made the stay unpleasant the breakfast was okay but i had to make my own toast and it got cold.

The location is superb, so close to everything i wanted to see! the breakfast was great (i loved the fresh fruit!) and the staff were very helpful. they even allowed me to leave my bag after checkout while i explored the area. That was a lovely touch.
i did notice some minor wear and tear in the bathroom, especially some mould on the shower curtain, which could use some attention.
