The building's original features are well-preserved, including the lift. The room was plush and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and one created a custom cocktail.
I found the room door key failed to work once, so I had to return to reception for assistance.

The location is EXCELLENT near many restaurants and shops. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. I received a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was lovely. Breakfast offered a good selection of hot food, and the service was fast.
The shower water pressure was not very powerful.

the location suited me perfectly i frequently travel by train and it was just across the road the room was a good size the restaurant food tasted great the restaurant prices were decent.
the staff were not especially cute a simple hello would have improved the experience there was some mould in the shower cubicle that was off-putting the customer service could be better.

the hotel is located a stone's throw from the train station. the interior decoration keeps the original decor very well. the food at the restaurant was AMAZING!!! the bar also had a good atmosphere.
i requested several times for the heating system to be adjusted to a comfortable level, but it was not done. the hotel intercom system is not the best, and staff seemed more attentive to the pub than hotel services.
