Linda's call back showed great responsiveness. The confirmation arrived promptly. The personal touch was very welcome. I found the staff very cute. The family room included proper beds for all the children (no camp beds!). The guest lounge felt cosy. The breakfasts offered were excellent. The location provided lots of walking trails. The bed was comfortable. Free parking was very helpful.
The coffee machine was supposedly not working , although i saw it being used.
