Check-in was quick, so I got settled right away. I booked dinner and enjoyed a drink before seeing my room. The room included fresh milk in a flask for coffee and tea! The staff asked about drink orders near closing, showing great service.
The bar was busy. I would have loved it to stay open a bit later.

The mattress was the most comfortable I have experienced! Breakfast was quite delicious as well. The hotel surroundings are beautiful, so walks in the area were easily accessible. The location offered a peaceful escape.
The lack of customer focus impacted the experience. Upon arrival, the staff seemed standoffish. Fires were unlit, therefore the cozy atmosphere was absent.
