the staff were so friendly! upon arrival, i received a welcome glass of prosecco! the love suite was amazing. its presentation showed such detail. the hot tub and private steam room were standout features, i didn't want to leave!!! i especially loved the bathroom with its lighted mirror and powerful shower.
the netflix in the room wasn't working properly, so movie night was a no-go! it was a minor hiccup, but still a bit of a bummer.

the hotel is near both towns, providing easy access to all the shops and attractions. it's wonderfully positioned. the hotel also has a good-sized free car park.

The facilities here are excellent. Attentive staff. On-site parking was so helpful, and I also noticed a bus stop near the hotel.
I faced some inconveniences. The jet bath had very strict rules about when I could use it. I also found moldy silicone around the bath, quite disappointing.

The room included swan towels and heart chocolates upon my arrival. It was a nice touch. the television allowed me to sign in to my netflix account, i appreciated that addition.
the car park felt a little busy, i found it somewhat tight.

I was very disappointed with the noise from other guests late at night. The disturbance made it difficult to relax and sleep properly. I also found the lighting in the room inadequate for reading.

Fantastic Stay in a Beautiful Suite

My suite was clean. The hot tub was warm. Amazing hot water was available. I also liked the friendly staff. I enjoyed the prosecco upon arrival. Charlie was helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I will return in the future.
I noticed the breakfast finish time was relatively early.
