The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained. I especially enjoyed the many shaded areas for reading. The pool area had a fantastic layout. The rooms were spacious and unique. They provided everything I needed.

A Truly Magical Stay!

unique design attentive staff

The hotel design is unique. Every detail seems thoughtfully planned. It has a vast area with several restaurants, a great pool area, winter garden, gym, tennis courts, and even a farm. The rooms are well designed. I stayed in a Fountain Suite and it was worth the extra cost. The pool bar staff were very attentive.

I noticed the floors in my room could use better vacuuming. They felt a bit dirty. The rugs also needed some attention. Other than that (it wasn't a big deal), everything was great.

The included buffet breakfast offered a lot of options. The food is prepared from produce of the farm located on the hotel grounds. The restaurants serve really good food. The farm uses international hygiene standards, so that's cool.

The staff are cute and very polite. Ahmed Mustafa from the front desk was particularly helpful. The staff accommodated even late meal requests (like really late!). Everything was great and I had a wonderful stay!

The hotel is in a nice location surrounded by nature. It is a true oasis. It has a beautiful swimming pool. The hotel is in a great location for Valley of the Kings. It was like stepping back in time.
