delicious foodfriendly staffcold pools
the food offered many options and tasted delicious. the staff always acted friendly and was eager to help with anything we needed. ms rania showed true kindness and acted professionally .
The cold pools were problematic. The water temperature felt uncomfortably low, especially for extended periods.

i liked the water games provided for kids and the active kids club. the food was very tasty, especially at the mexican, tropical, and kebab restaurants. i also appreciated the room being cleaned daily and water replenished. the xmas eve activities were good for kids, too.
I noticed a slight issue with the main entrance. It looked lovley and clean at first glance, but a closer inspection revealed the cleaning wasn't perfect.

the restaurants offered a wide array of choices, including mexican, tropical, and kebab options. the quality of the food at these restaurants was consistently high. breakfast in the finnish restaurant with its sea view is marvelous.

The resort offered many activities for kids. There were renovated pools that looked amazing. I also found the hotel staff very helpful and friendly. The green areas were beautifully maintained.
I found that the thoroughness of room cleaning needed improvement. Towel animals from housekeeping were creative. the overall cleaning was not as expected.

The resort had three buffet restaurants that offered amazing food. Miss Ereen suggested the kebab restaurant, and it was really good. Fino had a sea view breakfast, a plus.

Customer relations contact, Ereen, helped us get oriented quickly. Mr Ahmed from the front desk also cooperated WELL!!!

I was impressed with the oriental architecture. The hotel provided a magical atmosphere. Hundreds of lights illuminated the resort each evening! The staff were professional. They showed kindness and promptness. The cleanliness of the rooms was notable, and the beaches were pristine! We appreciated the coral reef. We found a multitude of fish there.
The beverages had some room for improvement. I believe the quality and variety of soft drinks and cocktails could be elevated. This small issue aside, our stay was amazing!

The hotel offers many restaurants with diverse food. I found the food delicious, similar to European cuisine. There are even some Hungarian dishes. That was a fantastic surprise!

The hotel grounds have many pools and slides. They are perfect for both children and adults. I enjoyed the large, beautiful beach. It includes comfortable sunbeds and great snorkeling near the corals!
