the location was very good. the pools was excellent. breakfast includes many choices and good service.
there wasnt always enough toilet paper available and we ask for more towels sometimes.

The breakfast options were plentiful! i especially appreciated the egg station. the staff were very helpful. They always provided quick service. the grounds were well-kept and the facilities were clean and inviting.
the pool closed relatively early at 7pm. it limited our ability to enjoy an evening swim after a day of exploring. i wish the pool hours were extended.

the resort's location provided easy access to nearby attractions and eateries. the icon shopping center was a short walk away. several shops and restaurants were close. this made exploring convenient.

Solid Option With Some Issues
relaxed courtyard pretty pool helpful staff
I found the courtyard style resort quite relaxing. It includes two pretty good pools. The beach and many restaurants are a close enough walk and located on the same street. The staff was friendly and helpful to me.
The beds were hard and could be much softer. The pool was very noisy, with too many kids screaming and yelling. The hotel stay was very noisy overall. Kids ran up and down the hallways. Some noisy people stayed above me until 2.30 am.

My room was spacious, it had air conditioning, and was kept clean daily. It featured a king size bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a television with local and international channels. The bathroom provided shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

was excellent
happy staff huge bed buffet breakfast good location
i spent three nights there. the staff are very happy and friendly. i loved the huge bed, also the pillows was fantastic. the buffet breakfast has a good variety. the hotel is great location and everything is within walking distance to me.
the section of the hotel i stayed in was quite old. it needs some renovating done. the water in the shower was tepid for the first few days. it got better as the week went by. however, it never got quite hot.

the hotel location is great with various shops and a shopping mall located close. many restaurants are also situated near. getting to different places is very easy from the hotel.

the breakfast had quite a varied selection. i stayed for three nights, the menu never bored me. the breakfast is amazing and is on par with some of the big brand resorts i have stayed in.

rough sandpaper inconsiderate practice
the breakfast was adequate and provided a sufficient start to the day
the condition of the bath towels was unacceptable they felt rough like sandpaper against the skin it detracted from the overall comfort after showering i also observed guests reserving loungers all day without using them this made it difficult to find a place to relax by the pool i find this practice inconsiderate and think the hotel needs to manage it more effectively
