nile river view quick laundry service convenient location
My room offered a great view of the nile river. the laundry service was quick and efficient. the hotel location was convenient. I could easily walk to many places. i found the staff very helpful.
the hotel is on a hill, so walking back can be tiring (but taxis are available).

the restaurant terrace offered great views. the restaurant stayed open for long hours. the hotel provided packed lunches for early morning tours, a nice touch, especially when i needed to leave early.

underwhelming stay
noisy air conditioning unmanaged guests
the laundry service was acceptable.
The air conditioning on the fifth floor created a disturbance, i could hear it from my room. additionally, the hotel did little to manage the noisy guests. Children were running around the pool area past midnight. it was not ideal.

very nice views spacious room
The hotel boasts very nice views of the Nile. Its location is very close to major attractions. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. I enjoyed a spacious room with a wonderful Nile view.
The restaurant service was slow. Staff seemed rude at times.

nile view convenient location clean decoration malfunctioning a c ignored calls repeated disturbance
The hotel's location offered really good views. The vista of the Nile river was especially striking. The hotel is conveniently close to major attractions. I found it easy to access the felucca trips. The hotel was well kept, clean, and nicely decorated.
The a/c in my room did not function properly. I called the reception multiple times for assistance. they did not address the issue . I also observed that staff entered my room despite the 'do not disturb' sign. This occurred repeatedly and disrupted my rest.

The complimentary buffet breakfast was acceptable. It had the usual stuff.
The aging décor was noticeable in the room. the furniture looked worn, with visible scratches. the air conditioning barely worked. It only blew out warm air.

convenient location friendly staff wheelchair environment restaurant cleanliness old towels rust presence
i found the location convenient for accessing local attractions. the staff was friendly, especially at the front desk. the buffet breakfast was a good start to my day. the hotel offered a wheelchair-friendly environment, which i noticed was very helpful.
the restaurant did not feel clean. i found many plates were dirty and tea cups were also not clean. the towels felt very old. rust was present in parts of the bathroom.
