The room was quite large, comfy, and clean. Check-in WAS smooth with a slightly early arrival. The staff displayed excellent friendliness and helpfulness. There are massage services available in the basement, though I advise checking prices beforehand.
The WiFi network signal seemed a bit weak in certain areas.

The reception staff exhibited really good politeness and courtesy. Mr Ambar and Mr Mohamed at the reception deserve special thanks for their professionalism and kindness. They represented the hotel WELL.

The hotel was very close to the souq waqif. I walked there easily. staff provided an adapter, a nice touch. the location suited my short stopover very well, it was convenient!
I only received one towel in my room. It was inconvenient.
