EXCELLENT Location and SUPER Staff!

The room was quite large, comfy, and clean. Check-in WAS smooth with a slightly early arrival. The staff displayed excellent friendliness and helpfulness. There are massage services available in the basement, though I advise checking prices beforehand.
The WiFi network signal seemed a bit weak in certain areas.

The reception staff exhibited really good politeness and courtesy. Mr Ambar and Mr Mohamed at the reception deserve special thanks for their professionalism and kindness. They represented the hotel WELL.

Massage services are available in the basement, PROVIDING an option for relaxation. The hotel is in walking distance to Souq Waqif, PROVIDING convenient access to local attractions. An adapter was provided by reception, ADDRESSING the socket issue effectively.

The beds offered substantial comfort, CONTRIBUTING to restful nights. Air conditioning management was straightforward, MAINTAINING a pleasant room temperature. In-built storage was abundant, ACCOMMODATING extra luggage efficiently.

The location is AMAZING for visitors, ESPECIALLY due to its close proximity to Souq Waqif. Corniche Beach and the National Museum are also nearby. A metro station is located a short five-minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel was very close to the souq waqif. I walked there easily. staff provided an adapter, a nice touch. the location suited my short stopover very well, it was convenient!
I only received one towel in my room. It was inconvenient.
