the cleanliness was very excellent. my room was super clean and quite comfortable. i appreciated the efficient service and the prompt responses to all my inquiries. the nearby metro station offered convenient access to various locations.

the ventilation in my room was not optimal despite changing rooms. i wanted to open a window briefly. the staff informed me that doing so violated the hotel's safety policies.

the valet team , reception and restaurant staff were excellent.

the hotel is aging , so signs of wear and tear are visible. the wallpaper in the room had damage. bathroom tiles had cracks , and cleanliness was lacking in corners.

My stay included a wonderful breakfast. The selection was very large. The team, including Rose, Indira, Vikash, Haki, and Farhan, were attentive (I really appreciated their attention to detail). I loved my stay and I would come back here again.

I found the gym only opens at 8 am. This is not ideal for business travellers needing an early start.
