i loved the kind valet service available. the front desk staff, especially ibrahem, was so helpful. the rooms were beautiful, and the food was great. the hotel even provides a bus service for transport from the airport, a very thoughtful touch.

one small thing, i had to call the receptionist sometimes to get new shampoo.

The location suited our family well. It not sketchy at all. a metro station is nearby. This made it easy to access different parts of the area. it was also easy to get a taxi or uber from the hotel.

The food here is delicious, I enjoyed many options. Jouiise from front desk is very friendly, she helped me . The hotel transportation was good and on time. Staff was always friendly.

The room was smelly. The bed covers don't changed from previous stay. I called reception because of next room party. No action happened at all. The Indian lady in the reception wasn't nice.

The on-site parking, controlled by the hotel staff, added much convenience to my travels. I found this aspect helpful. The front desk personnel, especially Ira and Iqbal, displayed a respectful and kind attitude. I appreciated the spacious and well-organized rooms. I enjoyed the gym's setup. It was a nice bonus.

The gym needed some work as only one of the three running machines was functional. It was a slight disappointment.

I found the reception staff very helpful. Oliver, Saif, and Ira provided great assistance . The location is quite convenient. It provides easy access to amenities. The hotel offers proximity to the train station and local bus routes, all within walking distance.

I noticed the digital menu in the room wasn't functioning. It would be useful if this was maintained better.
