I stayed in a Beautiful Family Suite (it was spacious enough for everyone). The staff was cute. They were always smiling and ready to assist. I liked that they deducted the amount a few days before arrival and allowed additional services to be added to the bill, settled at the end of the stay. The complimentary coffee and date mixes in the reception were a nice touch.
One room did have NETFLIX, but another didn't, so we had to use the room with NETFLIX to watch shows.

Breakfast was very good (especially the pancakes!). The hotel has a restaurant, but there are also restaurants nearby. They offer a wide variety of options, ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy during their meal.

The entire staff was courteous, accommodating, and honest. They even acknowledged my husband's birthday with a delicious cake. The valet parking was free and seamless. It made arrivals and departures very easy for us.

My spouse enjoyed using the gym facilities, it helped him stay active . The hotel exudes a beautiful traditional theme. Amenities like ACs, water heaters, lighting, and kitchen facilities all worked perfectly.

The hotel is located just a short distance from the main road. It is accessible to the metro system as well. I found grocery shopping in close proximity to the location which was very convenient.

the gym was pretty disappointing some equipment looked rusty. i also found the pool a bit small for adults. it made proper swimming difficult and it felt a little cramped when more than a few people were in it

The staff demonstrated kindness, such as bushra, ariane, and sherwood. They became invaluable members of the hotel. its location offers Convenient access to Nearby facilities and public transport, i found this especially useful for exploring. i valued the excellent breakfast with its wide choice and the convenient availability of a sauna, a pool and a gym. i also loved that the hotel was only 7 minutes from the subway so it was easy to shop.

The staff was attentive, promptly addressing all my needs. The location proved to be convenient. Everything was nearby. The suite itself was spacious and decorated in a local style which I really liked. IT added a special touch.
The pool hours were limited, closing early at 6 PM, i wished they had extended the hours, especially during the hot summer months.

The hotel is within WALKING distance of a supermarket and a money exchange. It is very easy to use Uber to get to and from the hotel. The convenience of nearby amenities added to my overall positive experience.

The breakfast offered was decent and filled us up for the morning. Room service was very efficient. The complicated breakfast felt more like a full brunch and was very tasty. I was grateful.
