the hotel location provides easy access to the metro through a mall connection. staff provided tours of the gym and spa area. the breakfast options included an extensive menu range.

Noisy nightclub music was audible until late at night. It was loud even on the 38th floor

Upul, the room service attendant, was efficient. The staff looked civil. Staff were quick to assist when needed. I found the hotel clean. A tea bar was available.
