Upul, the room service attendant, was efficient. The staff looked civil. Staff were quick to assist when needed. I found the hotel clean. A tea bar was available.

The hotel provided direct connection to a sizable mall, it added greatly to convenience. The hotel sits near the dcc metro station, it is about five minutes walking distance. This offers easy access to transportation.
