the staff at reception handled everything smoothly.

The carpets in the room were quite dirty and i really didn't like walking on them without shoes. contacting the restaurant using the room phone didn't work properly. All i could hear was static noise. it seems like proper upkeep is not happening (this was noticeable).

I found the hotel close to the metro station. access to the airport was quick. It was also convenient. check-in proceeded smoothly. the staff offered useful advice about dining during Ramadan. i appreciated the robust and quick wifi signal too.

the doors slammed shut. it was very NOISY. sleeping well proved difficult. this was a minor issue for me though.

the hotel is located approximately 1 km from the metro station. this provides good connectivity to the area. the proximity to transport made getting around very easy. this was very useful.

the swimming pool is located on the top floor. a supermarket is within walking distance of the hotel. there are also a few restaurants close by. these facilities met my needs.

The room was spacious and clean. the staff was helpful with directions. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices. The fruit selection WAS fresh.

The bathroom had a slight musty smell. the gym equipment looked outdated. One of the treadmills was out of service. i noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway.
