An adequate visit
helpful staff rooftop pool huge parking bad smell
Staff was helpful. They opened the restaurant specially so we could eat. The rooftop pool was very hot. That was great.
The hotel is in front of a huge car parking. The view was not good at all. I rate it 6 out of 10. The room smelled bad because of carpet.

poor condition numerous stains
the front office staff seemed helpful enough.
i booked a beautiful double or twin room. the condition was quite poor and very noticeable wear was present. many stains covered the floors and carpets.

uneven experience overall
dirty carpets phone malfunction
the staff at reception handled everything smoothly.
The carpets in the room were quite dirty and i really didn't like walking on them without shoes. contacting the restaurant using the room phone didn't work properly. All i could hear was static noise. it seems like proper upkeep is not happening (this was noticeable).

Simple and Secure Stay
metro station smooth check-in quick wifi helpful staff
I found the hotel close to the metro station. access to the airport was quick. It was also convenient. check-in proceeded smoothly. the staff offered useful advice about dining during Ramadan. i appreciated the robust and quick wifi signal too.
the doors slammed shut. it was very NOISY. sleeping well proved difficult. this was a minor issue for me though.

The room provided good lighting. it had awesome washrooms. these were very clean. They offered easy accessibility. the rooms are also very spacious. it was great.

the hotel is located approximately 1 km from the metro station. this provides good connectivity to the area. the proximity to transport made getting around very easy. this was very useful.

the swimming pool is located on the top floor. a supermarket is within walking distance of the hotel. there are also a few restaurants close by. these facilities met my needs.

fresh fruit helpful staff musty smell outdated equipment
The room was spacious and clean. the staff was helpful with directions. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices. The fruit selection WAS fresh.
The bathroom had a slight musty smell. the gym equipment looked outdated. One of the treadmills was out of service. i noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway. THE elevator was slow.
