The room size was spacious. The sixth floor was quiet. Ms Alika offered a warm welcome and a complimentary upgrade, a lovely surprise. The breakfast was delicious.

large gap inability to sleep

the metro station was relatively close to the hotel it was easily reachable from the airport

the room i booked had a connecting door with a large gap underneath smoke from the neighboring room filled my room i couldn't sleep it was very uncomfortable also i couldn't get the twin rooms i had booked even though i indicated i had children

My suite was spacious it featured separate living areas. The rooftop pool offered a relaxing experience with comfortable loungers. The attentive staff at the reception made check-in smooth. I appreciated the helpfulness of all employees throughout my stay.

The noise from nearby clubs made it difficult to sleep some nights music disturbed the peace.

good cleanliness rooftop swimming pool fantastic value impatient staff large gap connecting door

the rooms provided a fantastic value. they included standard amenities i would expect. cleanliness was also maintained to a good standard. the rooftop swimming pool was a really nice feature.

the staff were not particularly polite. i noticed they seemed a bit impatient when responding to questions. there was a connecting door in one of my rooms with a large gap beneath it. smoke entered my room from occupants on the other side because of this gap.

city view clean room excellent space gym equipment

the gym had various equipments. i used the treadmill and the free weights and it worked out well. my room offered excellent space. i had a good view of the city from my room window. i noticed the room was clean and well-kept.

the music from the hotel's bar was audible from my room late at night.
