I found the staff at the reception to be helpful. The hotel is in a great location. It is close to museums and tourist attractions. The pool on the terrace is a great detail.
The room interiors seemed outdated. The washrooms also need an upgrade for the price. The TV boxes are outdated without internet connectivity. Internet access was unreliable.

My stay had some hiccups. The lighting in the room was dim. It was like a cave. the windows were dirty, so I could not see much of anything outside, I was not happy. Housekeeping needs improvement. It definitely affected my perception of the place, though the hotel is conveniently located.

I found the room amazing with a very comfortable bed. The pool was perfect for relaxation. The housekeeper was friendly. I also appreciated Mr Bujaya for his assistance. Everything at the hotel exceeded my expectations . The amenities.
The hotel had too many flies on the food during breakfast. I found it unpleasant.
