The location was close to City Center Mall. The staff were kind and helpful.
I wish I had gathered the courage to say the room smelled of mold. Each time I washed my hands, it was smelling. The mold plus absence of windows and balcony led to getting sick because the only way to air the room was through air conditioning.

i am charmed by this hotel. the building had great decor with fantastic reception staff. restaurant service felt very good and the room was lovely. i found general service to be reliable. the entrance looked great also.
the heating did not work in my room, so the temperature felt very cold. i did call for assistance but the room didnt heat up.

The location is excellent near the mall and metro station. The room size was generous. Breakfast had a wide selection of food and drinks available. The staff was professional and cooperative.
The coffee sachets in the room were insufficient and there were no spoons.
