really good hotel stay!!!

cute reception well trained staff excellent buffet

I found the reception very cute. the staff were knowledgeable. the hotel maintains all areas well, including the spa and restaurant. i especially enjoyed the excellent buffet for evening meals and breakfast. The seafood was AMAZING!!!

i noticed a slight funny smell coming from the carpets in the room.

the hotel features a well kept pool area. it includes about twenty loungers . there is also a shaded section. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

the breakfast was quite good with many options. the housekeeping service, led by james and veronica, was particularly excellent (i appreciated their great approach).

the shower in the bathroom looked aged, with inconsistent water temperature. the shower was leaking, made the floor wet.

fantastic experience!

attentive staff short walk easy travel

the staff was kind! they welcomed me warmly. the walk to the metro was short! a gas station is right next door. it made everything very convenient! getting an uber was also super easy. it made travel very smooth.

emails about my forgotten item were ignored. i'm guessing stealing is tolerated here. the taste of the food in the restaurant for lunch wasn't very delicious. dirty water cups shared a tray with clean glasses for water. it was gross!
