i found several issues . the room felt quite small, especially considering the price point. also, the breakfast buffet lacked variety, with few options. the service at the reception also proved slow and somewhat unhelpful when i needed assistance with a minor issue.

i really loved the room cleanliness. the lighting was detailed, and the room looked so aesthetic. the views of nearby attractions were amazing too! the customer service was professional and cute. mr yanice and mrs shamal provided wonderful guest service.
i was disappointed that the holy quran was placed on a lower level in the bedside cabinet. this felt disrespectful, especially in a muslim country. i expected the quran to be placed at a higher level. this was good.
