some issues at the pearl

faulty air conditioning intrusive housekeeping

my stay had a couple of hiccups. the air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own. it would switch off or change temperatures on its own during the night. this made sleeping rather uncomfortable. also, the housekeeping was a bit intrusive. despite the do-not-disturb sign, they still knocked insistently, wanting to clean at inconvenient times.

The gym has good equipment.

The valet parking was slow. Housekeeping had to be called daily to clean the room before I left, that were not something I expected. I also think they charged me extra for an extra bed.

This hotel is modern and clean. I received a free upgrade, a good surprise. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel location is nice.

The beach isn't directly linked to the hotel and requires a short walk.

totally awesome stay

helpful valet early check-in room upgrade

This hotel was great! i loved the helpful valet boys like sylvester, suhail, ali and kavin. They always offered to help with shopping bags. the room was great (loved the comfy bed!). i really liked that the staff let us check in early after our long flight. Plus, we got upgraded!

during my stay, i noticed the service felt stretched because the hotel was very busy. it. i also felt that the attention to detail was a little off because of the crowd.

the room had upscale details throughout and the king studio on the upper floor had a balcony with great seating. the superior studio had great views (it was on the 29th floor!). i also appreciated the excellent room service.

the hotel includes a private beach and a swimming pool, both great for relaxation. there are also excellent kitchen facilities in the hotel that make preparing meals easy. the location is perfect, offering both beach access and a pool.

The kitchen restaurant stands out with fantastic food and service (totally recommend it!). the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of high-quality options. professional chefs made both the breakfast and the evening meal. Everything was fresh and presented well.

Excellent stay at the Pearl

efficient parking front desk great equipment room upgrade

I enjoyed a wonderfully prepared iftar meal with friends. Everything tasted good. The valet parking was efficient. Mr Rey ensured good service. The front desk staff was friendly. Ritraj offered a room upgrade. The fitness center provided a refreshing experience. It had good equipment.

The breakfast area felt small. The area created some stress instead of calm.

The hotel is near Porto Arabia and Medina Centrale. I found the area accessible, and it was minutes away from attractions. The Pearl location is excellent, giving easy access to Katara Cultural Village. This GREAT location offers several advantages.
