i found the three-bedroom apartment spacious. it was well-equipped with essentials, a plus for my family. its proximity to major attractions made getting around easy. the staff were cooperative and cute throughout my short stay.
i found the outdoor pool a bit draughty because of the trellis overhead. it might be great in summer, but in the current season, it felt slightly less inviting. this minor detail didn't overshadow my overall experience.

the hotel is near a shopping center. access to other places is straightforward, a plus for exploration. the city center mall is approximately 400 meters away, very convenient.

The Club Lounge access enhanced my stay. The staff, including May, Aprilya, Purity, and Irani, delivered really good service.. their efforts were appreciated. The room on the 45th floor provided amazing city views. The bathroom was luxurious, equipped with a separate shower cubicle, a big tub, quality toiletries, and ample towels.
The outdoor pool had a trellis cover. This made it a bit draughty in the winter.

Breakfast was included, offering choices in the Club Lounge or the main restaurant. Both options presented excellent quality. Afternoon tea in the lounge featured a good selection of sandwiches, cakes, and pastries, accompanied by various beverages.

the spa inside the hotel was a highlight with excellent equipment and products.
The air conditioning made noise and smelled bad in my room. the furniture seemed old, and power outlets were not easy to find. the bed wasn't comfortable because the mattress was old. I will probably not return.
