wow, What a Hotel Experience!

attentive staff grand building central location great care

i had an lovely stay. the staff are attentive. hsu lae took such great care of us during breakfast, she really stood out. the building feels grand and very well maintained. the location is pretty central even though taxis or ubers are needed for getting around.

it was a slight disturbance to my sleep.

the lagoon restaurant family brunch on friday is very nice. the food is amazing and kids entertainment was very nice too. chef elif was super friendly, she even offered help with food choices that were delicious.

the room had very comfortable beds and the bathrooms feels out of a magazine. there is even a work desk with chairs for a perfect space to retreat after work. i also had a great view from the club lounge, it felt out of this world.

My stay included access to the Executive Lounge. The food offered was delicious. it wasn't really good. My room had a large balcony, offering a fine view..

I found the hotel lobby a little too cold. I also felt other areas within the hotel were too cold. In the shower cabin of my room, the silicone sealant was showing some wear.

impersonal kids club daily messages

The kids club felt very impersonal. Staff wanted my son to watch TV. There wasn't much engagement. The hotel is surrounded by busy roads, so walking wasn't easy. I GOT different messages from customer service every day asking for feedback. It became too much so I stopped it.

the lagoon restaurant offers a diverse selection of high-quality fresh food for breakfast and dinner. i particularly enjoyed the impeccably clean and spacious beautiful king room thanks to ramesh.

the concierge desk was occasionally unattended, requiring a walk to the front desk for assistance.
