obstructed sea view inconsistent towel availability

My stay encountered issues. firstly, the promised sea view from my room was obstructed. I expected clear sightlines from a "king room view" but found the view partially blocked. secondly, i found the availability of pool towels inconsistent. Some days, i located an adequate supply, yet on other days, i waited extended periods for fresh towels.
