clean room lounge access pedestrian access failing card

My room, a beautiful executive king room lounge access, was very clean. the lounge access was great. It included complimentary beverages and snacks throughout the day!

The hotel entrance was primarily designed for car arrivals, i saw no safe pedestrian access. the room card failed on the second day. I needed to get it reprogrammed.

The hotel has clean and spacious rooms. The location allows easy access to main attractions. The window provided a fine view.

The hotel played ambient music in floor corridors. This music around lifts could be heard inside the room. were noisy and ran in the corridors early. It was hard to sleep.

great location executive suite dirty cushions detached dispenser

the location is fantastic with the metro station so close! i got upgraded to an executive suite, what a treat, it had soft pillows and a beautiful view.

the pool area was not clean, i saw bird droppings and dirty cushions. my room amenities were not refilled, and one dispenser was detached. definitely not a 5-star experience i hoped for.

The location was great (close to everything i needed). the staff were friendly and helpful. my room was very comfortable and had an excellent view. i really liked the gym and swimming pool. They were very accessible and great quality.

i noticed a dirty mattress cover in my room. the clean up switch was broken, so i had to call the receptionists to ask for housekeeping. we had our room dirty for two days in a row! i expected better from this place.
