The hotel upgraded me to a higher floor. it provided a great view. the staff helped me secure a taxi quickly. I appreciate that. the hotel's location is good, with convenient access to key attractions.

the room i stayed in was quite small, limiting space for luggage. also, the parking arrangement required me to leave my car keys with security which was inconvenient.

The hotel includes a fitness center with treadmills. It has stationary bikes. there is a pool area. It features loungers and shaded sections for relaxation. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

The hotel is near the metro. It offers easy access to transportation. souq waqif is close. the hotel's proximity to the corniche allows for scenic walks and exploration of the waterfront area.

The room included two separate sinks. the rainfall shower was a plus. the room also featured a work desk and high-speed internet access. I liked how neat and secured is the hotel as well.

the front desk staff offered quick check-in service and information. staff members were available to assist with directions. i want to appreciate ms. manel for her professional service to the guests always with a smile.

Fantastic Hotel Experience

The staff was very helpful. Manel accommodated my requests. I appreciated the prompt and smooth check-in with Amar, who upgraded me to a spacious beautiful room. Mill, Asanka, and Kamala welcomed me in the restaurant and handled my food requirements well.

I found the ventilation in the room to be quite loud, so I recommend bringing earplugs.

The room was very spacious, a great upgrade. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. After a long flight, this was especially welcome. The room was tidy.

The staff were great. Amar provided prompt assistance at check-in. Manel accommodated my requests and Mill, Asanka, and Kamala handled my food requirements well. Jade, Edz, Mahendra, Camille, and Krishna also showed exemplary hospitality!!!

caring peopleclean place

The staff kept the entire place clean. I especially appreciated how they worked to. I found the best experience was the people working at the hotel. They were very warm and caring. They always provided a smile, which I appreciated.

The fridge was quite small. It also did not cool drinks very well.
