I loved the exclusive club lounge. It was like the best ihg lounge ever! the afternoon tea was my absolute favorite, such tasty food! agnes, shaira, and charese were so kind and attentive. everyone at the hotel was amazing.
The hotel has so much to offer. It was hard to find any fault! i thought the power in a couple of the sockets wasn't working.

The hotel is conveniently near the clean metro. It's only about 600 meters. a private beach area offers a peaceful retreat with a well kept fitness center. the steam sauna is a great addition.

mohammed at check-in provided a fantastic upgrade. johir cleaned my large, super clean room daily, and i appreciated those lovely personal touches. the food was AMAZING!!! there was a lot of variety, and it was always fresh and flavorful.
the gym was a bit crowded during peak hours.

The staff were cute, professional, and friendly. I felt very well looked after. nisha, one of the waiters, was especially helpful and offered to take our picture, so considerate.

The room was spacious and full of light with a beautiful sea view. the diplomatic king suite offered great comfort. The club lounge access was a fantastic perk, with a relaxing atmosphere for pre-dinner cocktails and canapés.

The pool area was very clean and well-kept, providing ample space to relax. the beach volleyball court was well-kept and located right by the shore. Saber even joined us in a few games and helped others learn, promoting a cute environment.

The hotel is ideally located near tourist spots, so exploring the area was very convenient. the location also provided convenient access to a peaceful beach with comfortable sunbeds. It was a relaxing experience i won't soon forget.
