I spent a few days here and everything exceeded my expectations SO much. The service felt really good. The staff felt professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The pool area was Fine, clean, and very relaxing. It really was the perfect spot to unwind.
The hairdryer didn't work and I had to ask for another, but it was dealt with QUICKLY.

The hotel has a lot to offer within the hotel itself. I found multiple restaurants and a nice pool club. It even has Hookah service. The beach experience was amazing. The waiter Nareen provided really good service and was very attentive to our needs. I also noted that Frank, the pool waiter, was very efficient.
