The service was really good, with attentive staff always ready to help. I especially appreciated the smooth and personalized attention from Victoria at the front desk. The butlers cared for us (making everything feel effortless). I also valued Rutik Aher's mindfulness of my allergies at breakfast.

the room location was acceptable , and breakfast was fine.
i was very disappointed by the reduced amenities compared to my last stay a few years ago. they opted for a single complimentary drink during happy hour instead of the previous open bar , it was annoying. also , the hermes toiletries were much smaller than before and no complimentary treats were offered , which is unacceptable.

i found hermès amenities good , with a scent that lingered actually. access to wild wadi waterpark was a fun bonus , perfect for a day of adventure.
the room's décor felt a bit outdated , it needed a refresh to match modern tastes.

The staff upgraded us to the panoramic suite! It was for our 25th anniversary. The room was really big and offered a great view of the sea and the city. The Hermes bathroom toiletries were a great touch!!!
The check-in process felt demanding rather than warm. I was not welcomed at all. The welcome drink service brought only two drinks for three guests, and we waited for the third one. Luggage unpacking service was unavailable.
