The location felt so divine. also, the selection of restaurants was plentiful. I could choose from so many options. the rooms are renovated and HUGE. the staff is lovely, always willing to help.

the pool did not maintain its hygeine. my childrens both got skin allergies and a rash. i think the hotel are not bothered with maintenaince and hygiene drop is dramatic. i won't go there again unfortunately.

This hotel provided a good experience overall. The gym amenities were excellent. It was very well-equipped and maintained. The valet service was smooth, and the staff there were friendly. It made coming and going easy.

I was disappointed with some aspects of my stay. The receptionist told us soft drinks and coffees were NOT included with meal times when asking for clarification on the half board package. There was also a free daily shuttle to the mall. This fact was not advertised at the hotel.

The gym has ample equipment. It features several treadmills and various weight machines. I found the valet service to be efficient. The staff was always quick. Check-in and check-out were both handled rapidly. There were no delays.

The air conditioning in public areas felt quite cold at times. I would have liked it slightly warmer.

The room service was slow, i waited almost an hour for my order. also, the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. I found some hair in the shower. it was quite off-putting
