wonderful family stay!

The family room double double was perfect for us. there was ample space. the kids enjoyed the complimentary snacks at the mirage family lounge. the breakfast buffet had lots of options. The heated pools were also a hit with everyone. i liked that my son learned to play playstation. in just two days. It was such a nice surprise.
the resort was quite busy. it was difficult to find a chair by the pool at times.

The family room featured comfortable double beds. it also had good storage and a small seating area. the bathroom included useful toiletries. We loved the powerful shower!

the resort offered several pools. each pool catered to different age groups. lifeguards were always presentwith added reassurance. there was a dedicated water park area too.

the location is about 30 minutes from the city center. this offers tranquility. the sea view rooms provide fine resort views. this separation from the city bustle was good for a relaxing stay.

the water park was a big hit to my family. it provides various water slides appropriate to different ages. the lazy river was especially relaxing. the staff are very nice and goes above and beyond to assist guests, it surprised me.
the location is a bit far from central areas, a car is necessary to reach main attractions.

breakfast had good variety. i really liked that they made a penang curry for me. there is a separate kids' corner, very thoughtful and makes dining easier for families.

the room was excellent and very spacious. it had two double beds, easily fitting my whole family. i found bathroom interesting, it had a dedicated box for the toilet, avoiding odor spreading.

the staff were really good and so friendly, i was really charmed. they checked us in early, at 6am, and gave us a room with an ocean view, it was very thoughtful. the reception staff were awesome.

I adored the christmas party. The food tasted heavenly. we requested a stay extension and received a complimentary upgrade to a superior room sea view king. i thank (mr. medhat) for his kindness and the staff for their support.
full board did not include water or simple juices, which i found surprising.

The staff was attentive, though I noticed some shortcomings (especially during peak hours).
The location felt quite isolated. It's on an artificial island far from shops and restaurants. One evening, the fire alarm went off and nobody took charge. It was chaotic and unprofessional.

the resort provided many swimming options suitable for all family members. the rooms were spacious. i liked the ocean view and available facilities. even after checking out, using the day lounge was a bonus as my children could still enjoy the pool.
the resort felt very busy, even during the middle of the week. check-in took a long time. i had to queue for 30 minutes, and then the check-in process took another 20 minutes. our all-inclusive package did not include water or soft drinks.
