the front desk staff were rude. they offered two beds. this policy is ridiculous and scams people, luring them in without providing the correct room category.

The hotel staff was attentive. Harsha, Jaber, Hsu, and Sachin were all particularly helpful. The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise. The team members are very active and friendly.

The soundproofing could be improved. I could hear conversations in the hallway at times (which was a minor inconvenience).

The concierge team (especially Harsha) provided excellent assistance with luggage. The reception staff ensured a smooth check-in process. The valet parking service was consistently efficient and professional.

harsha and sayeed at the coffee shop were very good. reception hsu made checkin very smooth. the room had a superior upgrade, this was amazing. the breakfast people were cheerful, especially ajith, muskan, ramesh and sandhya.

i noticed that facilities are very old. major upgrade is very needed.

I found the staff to be friendly, especially those at the poolside. elveri, the lifeguard, was great. Marileen provided excellent service at the pool, so did kaung. i had lots of fun using the cobra waterslide and appreciated its smooth, thrilling ride. the lifeguards suresh, niwantha, and shehan were very helpful.
