I liked the hotel's closeness to Yas island bay. The pool area access was very easy. The restaurants were amazing with very fast service. Access to the theme parks was a plus. I got one park for each night of my stay.

The check-in process seemed unorganized, it took longer than expected.

breakfast offered many choices. the kids club provided convenience for families. proximity to theme parks was a major benefit, with access.

the room was not ready until 3:00 pm after arriving from an overnight flight. waiting for several hours wearing winter clothes was uncomfortable. i found that some guests reserved sun beds early.
