Balanced Experience at the Hotel

The hotel cleaning staff celebrated our honeymoon, and I thank Samud for the towel swans and chocolates. Olena helped us organize a dessert trip, including the Frame and Burj Khalifa trips. Babo on the beach welcomed us with water and towels.

I experienced the checking in process. My pillows and duvet covers smelled when I got to my room. The duvet was filthy, so I couldn't sleep. I was very disappointed.

smelly pillows long wait

The check-in process was a mess. My room looked nice, but it had issues. The pillows smelled bad and the duvet covers were disgusting. The duvet itself was stained. I couldn't sleep that night. This is not what I expected.
